CloseTarget

Terms of use

Draft for review by Edvanz — not yet final.

Who we are

CloseTarget is a sales CRM made by Edvanz, a software company in Cairo, Egypt. These terms apply to every company that uses CloseTarget and to the people it invites.

Your company account

The person who signs a company up confirms the company email and acts for the company. The company's admins create the users, choose their roles and are responsible for who has access. Keep passwords private; tell us at once if you think an account was misused.

Your data stays yours

Leads, customers, calls, visits and settings you put in CloseTarget belong to your company. We use them only to run the service for you. You can ask for a copy of your company's data.

Trial and subscription

A new company starts with a free trial. When the trial ends without activation the company becomes read-only: you can still see everything, but changes are paused until Edvanz activates the subscription. We never delete a company's data because a trial ended.

Fair use

Use CloseTarget only for lawful sales and customer work. Don't try to reach another company's data, overload the service, or send spam through it.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the last change, and important changes will be announced in the app. Questions: contact Edvanz through closetarget.com.
