What we collect
For the company: its name, code and email. For each user: name, username, mobile number and, if given, email. Everything your team enters (leads, customers, calls, visits, notes) and basic technical logs (sign-ins, errors) needed to run and secure the service.
Why
To run CloseTarget for your company: sign-in, reminders and the features you use. We don't sell personal data and don't use your company's data to market to anyone else.
Where it is kept
On CloseTarget's servers hosted by Hostinger. Emails such as sign-in codes are sent through Brevo, an email service provider.
Who can see it
Inside your company, people see what their role allows. Edvanz staff access a company's data only to support it and every staff action is recorded.
How long
As long as the company uses CloseTarget, and while a company is read-only after its trial. A company can ask us to delete its data.
